Rikard Lundqvist appointed as a member of the Ascom Executive Board

The Board of Directors of Ascom Holding AG has appointed Rikard Lundqvist as General Manager of the new Network Testing Division and as a member of the Executive Board as of 1 January 2010.

As of 1 January 2010, the business unit TEMS as acquired from Ericsson will merge with the business unit Telecom Solutions, which will remain under the Security Solutions Division until the end of 2009, to form the new Network Testing Division. Rikard Lundqvist will lead the new Network Testing Division based in Reston, Virginia (USA) as of 1 January 2010. He is a manager with international experience and indepth market knowledge. He is currently leading the business unit TEMS, a position he has had for the last two years. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board wish Rikard Lundqvist all the best in his new role.
